How to get here
By car
Coming by car, leave the A1 motorway at the Arezzo toll booth.
From the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence
You can rent a car with the airport's Rent a Car service.
From the airport follow the signs for the A11 Firenze - Pisa motorway. Take the first exit and follow the signs for the A1 Bologna - Roma motorway towards Rome.
After about 80km, exit the motorway at the Arezzo tollbooth.
From the Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa
You can rent a car with the airport's Rent a Car service.
From the airport, follow the signs for Florence. You can choose the Superstrada Firenze - Pisa - Livorno or the A11 Pisa - Firenze motorway; both are connected directly to the airport.
From Florence follow the signs for the A1 Bologna - Roma motorway towards Rome.
After about 80km, exit the motorway at the Arezzo tollbooth.
From the Arezzo tollbooth
Fattoria La Lama is in the middle of the countryside and therefore the street has no name.
After leaving the tollbooth, follow the signs for AREZZO along the access road.
After about 4km you will find the exit for PONTE A CHIANI, exit at the junction and follow the road for about 500 metres.
On your left you will find a road with a sign indicating the village of CHIANI, take this road and follow it through the village (at the first junction keep right to enter the village, and follow the uphill road). After a short while you will see the back of the village church, turn so it is on your right and continue along the asphalt road until you reach the cemetery.
At the junction after the cemetery, where the paved road ends, on the right you will find the sign indicating FATTORIA LA LAMA; take the road to the right, follow it for 500 metres and you have arrived. Go towards RECEPTION and drive into the square, my house is the one with the two marble columns at the entrance.
